I am a dedicated, caring therapist with over 25 years of clinical and supervisory experience. My approach to treatment is collaborative, incorporating emotionally focused therapy (EFT) interpersonal-psychodynamic and intercultural training. This enables me to work with a broad range of couples & individuals to help them achieve their personal goals. I view therapy as a developmental process of change. My job is not to tell you what to do but rather to help you recognize and negotiate the obstacles preventing you from achieving life satisfaction, personal connections and professional growth. My practice incorporates mindfulness, stress management and relaxation techniques, spiritual perspectives and 12 step informed approaches.. I also focus on social identity and intercultural issues.
