At the same time, gaining self-awareness is life changing. I know how difficult it can be to navigate life's stressors and change long-standing patterns of behavior. I focus on creating a supportive environment that promotes healing and facilitates insight. I have 25 years of experience in helping individuals, couples and families cope with a variety of issues. My areas of clinical specialty and interest include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unproductive communication patterns, family and relationship conflict, and parenting concerns. My approach focuses on identifying relational patterns that cause distress, strengthening one's core sense of self, and developing the necessary tools for you to maintain a healthy and happy life.
