I support and guide individuals, couples, families in healing trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions: leading to self-directed change, which offers mind/body energy, meaning, joy. My firm conviction, realized from my work with clients and my own experiences, is that we can end patterns that block growth and happiness. I specialize in resolving PTSD (childhood or recent), sex trauma, anxiety, relationship conflict, dissociation, addictions. Therapy also reflects years of mentoring college students, helping them tap into resilience and build new strengths. I welcome individuals, couples, families into therapy that utilizes attachment, somatic, insight, mindfulness, cognitive, existential (integrative) processes to achieve results, which directly reflect substantial increase in your self-value, joy, confidence, calm. Couple's work--Imago, emotionally-focused, Gottman--focuses on your wants within love/intimacy, ending destructive patterns, and creating attuned, genuine connection.
