I can truly say that I’ve been there and done that. I once walked around in a daze - paralyzed and controlled by depression and addictions. I allowed life to happen instead of making the best life possible for myself and loved ones. After getting back on the path to a great life, I vowed to help others who were living life directed by self-defeating behaviors. My desire is to walk with you on the path to your great life. I will listen to your struggles and emotions, and together we will build the path to your great life. My therapy centers on mental health, addictions and well-being issues, including: alcohol and drugs, emotional eating and excessive spending, and self-esteem and relationship struggles. I have studied and worked in mental health and addictions arenas. Together, we’ll discover new coping mechanisms that will lead you to self-discovery and personal growth. As you reclaim the life you’re meant to live, I will counsel you through theory and hands-on practical guidance. We will focus on the solution not the problem, and I’ll guide you through the process of applying your newfound coping mechanisms to start living a healthy and well-balanced life.
