There are 3 things that I have learned on my own journey. One is that we can't change other people, we can only change ourselves. Second, that everybody has issues, grief, disappointment, illness,hurt, confusion, failures, and all kinds of challenges to overcome. Third is that we can learn, change,and grow no matter what the situation. I offer competent & compassionate counseling for those who seek a more satisfying life. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, American Counseling Association,National Board for Certified Counselors (see other credentials and professional certifications) I am able to assist you with marriage, kids, parenting, depression/anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and stress. I have been counseling, advising and mentoring people for over 35 years as a teacher, pastor, pastoral counselor, licensed professional counselor, school counselor, providing LLPC supervision. My strengths come from clinical & personal experience, extensive training and personal passion. I lead support groups for Anxiety, Cancer and Grief.
