My practice is devoted to helping individuals, couples and families through life's challenges and transitions. If you are struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, eating/food issues or other challenges unique to your life, I have over 15 years experience helping my clients through difficult times utilizing a family systems and solution-focused approach. I enjoy working with clients ranging from the often challenging adolescent years through the ever-changing lives of adults. Neurofeedback and equine assisted psychotherapy are also offered. Neurofeedback is particularly useful in the treatment of ADD/ADHD, anxiety disorders and sleep issues as well as enhancing well-being and improving performance.
