Therapy doesn't have to be long, painful, heavy or difficult. Or, for that matter, complicated. The key lies in our thinking. Our thoughts create how we feel, how we feel impacts what we do. When we change our thoughts, we change our feelings and our actions. We change how we react to and handle life. Changes in our thinking create far-reaching transformation in our lives. We will figure out together what your automatic, habitual thoughts are and what would be more skillful, representative and beneficial thoughts and actions. These discoveries are enlightening, fun and fascinating. I consistently hear from people that they not only feel better, they enjoy the discovery process. They see themselves, others and life in a whole new way that is wonderful and liberating. This shift creates so many more opportunities and possibilities than were known before.
