I am a licensed clinical social worker with a passion to help people live happy, meaningful lives. Life is full of many challenges and obstacles that can cause us to feel overwhelmed in our day to day lives. I am here to offer support and guidance to help alleviate these feelings by teaching coping skills, offering empathetic support and creating goals that are specifically tailored to you. I have experience helping people cope with stress, anxiety, depression, major life changes, trauma, relationship/family issues and grief/loss.
