I have training in both inpatient and outpatient mental health services. I have extensive experiences working as an outpatient therapist and have connected successfully with a diverse audience. I enjoy working with adolescent males, adults,LGBT and questioning, couples, and with men's issues. Relevant methodologies are ones that work for you. I utilize psychodynamic methods which are emotionally supportive and which promote insight. Cognitive behavioral and mindfulness assist in learning relations of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and grounding you in the present. Also, spirituality, writing, self expression and dream interpretations used when appropriate.
