Have you ever said "I have so much to be grateful for but I am so "anxious, depressed, etc." that I just can't enjoy my life? I treat women and men as well as teens. I will help you come to terms with your circumstances, your feelings, and help you live a life with more gusto. I will respect you, listen to you and together we will figure out a way for you to be calmer and happier. If you are scared, unsure, depressed, sad, blue, unhappy I may be the therapist for you. My job as your therapist is to help you put the puzzle pieces of your life together in a way that helps you make sense of what is happening. You will feel empowered to run your own life in a way that feels good and gives you better results. I have been a therapist for over 25 years. I was initially trained in Family therapy techniques at Central Michigan University. I have also been trained by Dr. Colin A. Ross Institute for Psychological Trauma. I am able to treat dissociation disorders including Dissociative Identity Disorder.
