Although we have little control over the hand that life deals us, I believe in the hope that it is never too late to heal, to learn new and more effective behaviors...to create the life that you always dreamed of living. What does it take to get there? What is holding you back? Those answers lie within each one of us. I believe in creating an environment that balances just the right amount of acceptance and change...one that is safe, nonjudgmental, and validating. I specialize in trauma work, grief and loss issues, divorce recovery, and working with diverse populations I enjoy creating an alliance with my clients, to be a guide in their own journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and acceptance.
