Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and we all have times when we need extra support in order to deal with the stressors that we are faced with. I help people to better understand their difficulties and to develop coping skills that lead to happier, more fulfilling lives. I have a clinical interest in working with individuals suffering from anxiety and workplace issues. I also offer psychological testing and assessment services. In addition to therapy and assessment, I offer anxiety groups for children, adolescents, teens and adults. My clients report that they are comfortable with me due to my genuine interest in the lives of others and interactive style, as well as my non-judgmental nature. I offer flexible scheduling including early morning, night, weekend and phone appointments.
