I believe that people have the strength and ability within themselves to overcome obstacles in their lives. My role as the therapist is to help you to recognize those strengths and guide you on the path to achieving your goals. You can expect a practical and relaxed, client-centered approach to the issues and concerns you share with me. It is my goal that you are heard, validated, and walk away with new tools, strategies and insights into your unique situation. Together we will work to build upon the strengths you already have to make long-lasting change. I have 7 years of experience in the mental health and educational fields serving a broad scope of clients. I specialize in working with children (ages 5+) and their families, depression/anxiety issues, and LGBT issues. I work with clients from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds, and I am also fluent in Spanish. My office is located in Denver's historic Park Hill in a suite with multiple wellness providers. I am currently accepting clients for evening and weekend hours. I am happy to conduct a free initial consultation to help you determine if I am a good fit for you.
