*** CURRENTLY ACCEPTING DAYTIME APPOINTMENTS ONLY. Are you or your child feeling tired, overwhelmed, and unable to cope? Perhaps you or your child are feeling depressed, anxious, or having trouble dealing with current or past traumas. I can work along side you to assist you and/or your family in overcoming these life stressors and learn healthy ways to cope with depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns or traumas. We will take a look at all areas of life including home, school, work, or relationships to assist you or your child to become a healthy, happy, functioning individual. Together in session we will assess personal strengths and goals for treatment. I use cognitive behavioral approaches, trauma focused intervention, mindfulness approaches, play therapy, and strength based practices. I utilize a collaborative approach speaking to other health providers, or schools to ensure you and your family are getting the care needed. Practicing in the Lansing, Jackson area for ten years. Both daytime and evening times are available in a variety of office settings. Currently service the Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham county area with an office in Lansing, East Lansing, and Eaton Rapids.
