For over twenty five years I have provided counseling for individuals with a wide variety of mental health and addiction related problems. Counseling sessions may be with individuals, couples or a family group. When a client and I initially meet, we consider together the situations and concerns which have led them to counseling. Treatment continues as a collaborative effort to work beyond just temporary solutions to making changes that last. I am experienced in working with individuals with a variety of mental health issues as well as substance abuse evaluation and treatment including relapse prevention. My family work has assisted those effected by domestic violence, child abuse, addiction and financial problems.
