Working at Connection Counseling Center affords me a broad knowledge of mental health care and wellness. I have spent the last twenty years studying fear, vulnerability, and courage and specialize in female development and its potential disturbances, including depressive symptoms & anxiety, emotional over-reliance, body dissatisfaction, and relationship discord. My second speciality involves using scientifically based marital therapy to facilitate relational growth in the midst of marital distress, conflict, and disruption. I work with individuals, couples, and families and conduct group therapy. I am passionate about assisting clients and couples to develop the courage and resiliency necessary to help protect against developmental disturbances in order to experience living life more fully.
