We realize that life brings us challenges, and we are not always prepared to deal with what our life presents to us. Life's challenges occur daily; it may be our child's behavior, a teenager we just can't seem to connect with, the loss of a loved one, or the loss of job. We know that change is inevitable but it is not always welcomed. At IntraSpect we strive to provide you alternatives, support, and guidance through life's challenges. I offer individual, family/group counseling, and psychotherapy services. The counseling techniques I utilize are based upon Cognitive-Behavioral, Reality/Choice and Brief Solution-Focused Theories. I specialize in working with at risk teens and adolescents along with their families, and individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities. At IntraSpect we offer day and evening appointments 7 days a week to fit into your schedule. At IntraSpect we have made a conscience effort to keep our services affordable, local, and private.
