I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years experience caring for my clients. I use a results-oriented, solution-focused approach to best meet my clients' needs. I enjoy working with adults, 18 years old and up. My areas of focus include: depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders (including panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress, and phobias). I also work to find real life solutions to manage everyday issues such as stress, life transitions, parenting, grief, relationship building, communication, self esteem and personal growth. I work with individuals, couples, families, and those serving in the military. I have training and experience in a variety of theoretical approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Couples therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy. I will be happy to complete an assessment to assist you in developing clear goals and changes you want to make as a result of therapy.
