As a clinical psychologist, my career has been focused on the needs of children, adolescents, young adults, and families utilizing a community-based, multi-systemic perspective. I have dedicated myself to helping my clients deal with a wide range of issues, including adjustment difficulties, divorce, developmental challenges, parenting skills, behavior issues, learning problems, anxiety, ADHD, depression, psychosis, foster care placements, child abuse, and trauma. I received my dual PhD in Clinical Child and Clinical Community Psychology from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. I completed my predoctoral internship at Yale University School of Medicine and my postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY. I have worked with children as young as age 3 up to young adults in their late 20s. I also particularly enjoy providing family therapy and parenting skills consultations. My office is located on the East Side of Providence and I am generally available for weekday and evening appointments.
