Feel anxious and can't stop worrying? Going through a difficult change? Don't feel like getting out of bed? Debilitating depression, anxiety, and life transitions are all common issues I have assisted clients through. In my view, counseling can be beneficial to all people. I am very client focused and rely on a human growth perspective; I believe everyone can advance themselves through counseling, no matter what their presenting concern. I meet the client where they are and work collaboratively to get them to where they want to be. I have my associate license in Mental Health Counseling (LMHCA) and I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I currently work at a private practice, Kenosis Counseling Center in Greenwood, IN. I previously worked for the Indiana University Center for Human Growth serving both IU students as well as members of the Bloomington community.
