My therapeutic approach can be captured in my professional motto, "Let's walk together." Therapy is an interactive journey where my clients and I seek to better understand barriers that are preventing them from living fully in the moment. For many, this process takes time. It is a walk, not a run and like every journey, there are highs and lows. Sometimes we may slip and fall but that's O.K.; we get back up and keep going. This process is designed to instill feelings of inner strength and understanding while learning skills to better cope with life's challenges.
