My approach is to join with my clients to address issues that need resolution, create a plan to resolve those issues, and then to provide support, education, guidance, coaching, and some reality-checking for my clients on that journey. I enjoy being a facilitator for clients who are taking charge of their lives to experience more success, peace and joy. Clients arrive in my office with a variety of challenges and are working on becoming more successful emotionally, mentally, in relationships, and in the "real" world. I have worked with individuals and couples facing a great variety of challenges including grief, depression, anxiety, phobia, relationship/marital, coping skills, stress, effective decision-making, and emotional maturity. I offer parenting education for divorcing parents. My Parent Ed classes meet the requirements of the family court.
