I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over five years experience working in the mental health field in a variety of settings including residential, office and home-based. I have most recently worked in a home-based crisis intervention program with children, adolescents, and families. My experience has been in treating a variety of issues including anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavioral disorders, communication issues, depression, developmental stresses, family issues, and grief and trauma. My approach in treatment is eclectic and strengths-based in order to create a supportive and effective therapeutic experience for individuals, couples, and families. I utilize various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art and Play therapy, Behavior modification, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work hard to develop a comfortable and supportive environment for my clients in order for the therapeutic work to be done. I draw from my training, experience, and the client's voice in each session.
