As a licensed mental health counselor, I look forward to the opportunity to be able to work together as a team to focus on your goals. I take a holistic approach focusing, not just on your symptoms, but also on your interests and strengths. This method of psychotherapy allows for the process of self discovery to begin. This process has been proven to not only improve emotional distress, but to build a better relationship with the self. When this relationship is strengthened, we can learn to make wiser decisions which will put us back on track with our goals. Therapy can be a very cathartic process, but it can also be difficult to face some of the things that you have been through or are currently experiencing. I understand this and I am here to help you through this process. I serve adolescents, adults, and senior citizens.
