I believe that life is a journey. Often on that journey we face obstacles, lose our footing, make a wrong turn or get lost. I would like to partner with you to help you navigate the most effective route toward your own personal growth and recovery. We will focus on your strengths,your personal goals, and areas that are causing difficulties in your life. My years of working with both teens and adults have enabled me to work with many issues. These include : codependency, drug and alcohol addiction, depression, anxiety, identity issues, self-esteem, behavioral management, anger management, communication, family issues, guilt and shame, emotional difficulties, divorce and separation and its impact on the family, abuse and trauma issues, adjustment issues and gender issues
