Well that's part of the process too, because what you put in, is what you'll get out.Everyone has their struggle, it's the manner in which you come out of that struggle that makes all the difference. Remember, one is not defined by what they do, but how well they rise when they fall. My experience includes brief to long term counseling for adolescents and adults-- family, couple, and individual settings included. Holistically, I provide counseling for a wide range of presenting concerns, for various ages and stages of life. I have specialized training in suicide prevention and addiction, including co-occurring disorders. My office is located in Coconut grove, and I am available by telephone 7 days a week, both talk and txt (786-319-7035). For sessions, I am available Monday-Saturday by appointment only, early mornings, afternoons, evenings included. Sundays are reserved for pre-arranged emergency sessions only.
