I work collaboratively with you to help you realize and build upon your strengths and resources, inner and outer, to get you on back on path to wellness and joy. I take an eclectic approach, that is, using individually tailored tools that resonate with you, assisting you to use your own strengths to feel better about yourself. I work with adults 18 years of age and older experiencing challenges such as life transitions, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, grief and loss, PTSD and trauma. I am EFT and EMDR trained and a member of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology and EMDRIA. My efforts involve helping you learn tools you can use on your own to access your wise inner guidance system and increase your problem solving ability.
