I have been working with adults of all ages for the past 20 years. During this time, I have helped people with some of the following issues and life challenges: depression; anxiety/panic; trauma/PTSD; life transitions; grief and loss; chronic pain and illness; domestic abuse; parenting; grandparenting; self injury; relationship issues; conflict in the work place; gay and lesbian issues; self esteem; sexuality; sexual abuse I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy drawing from: Psychodynamic Therapy; Relational Therapy; Insight-Oriented Therapy; Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy; Healing trauma and old emotional wounds through a “reprocessing” protocol known as EMDR. My approach is client-centered as I see myself as a facilitator gently opening doors while people recognize their own strengths and in so doing, see that their greatest resources our within themselves. It is an honor to accompany people along their unique paths of healing and personal growth, discovering their own inner wisdom.
