In today's hectic life, feelings of being overwhelmed and stressed are all too common. I provide a safe and confidential environment that allows you to explore difficulties, in order to work towards positive solutions. I will work with you to identify the steps necessary to make lasting changes. I work with individuals, couples and families. I have several years experience working effectively with teens and their parents to address issues such as substance use, family conflict and school problems. Many times parents feel like they have tried everything and yet the conflicts and distance just seem to grow. I have helped many families come to positive resolutions. I offer evening appointments to accomodate work and school schedules. My office is located in central Wilsonville with easy access from I-5.
