I am a licensed clinical psychologist helping teens, young adults, middle-aged adults, and older adults lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives. I obtained my Master's and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Xavier University, and completed a Fellowship in Clinical Psychology at the IU School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry. I have significant experience with comprehensive evaluations and therapy for individuals, families, and groups. Some of the many clinical services I offer include effective treatments for dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, memory difficulties, chronic pain, life transitions, grief and loss, and terminal illness. I have special interests in mindfulness, emotional awareness, and coping strategies.
