I have over 10 years of mental health experience and have worked with people who have a Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), drug addictions, sexuality concerns, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and people on the Autism Spectrum. I am also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and have extensive experience with working with deaf individuals and knowledge of the deaf community. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered therapy to help individuals gain insight into themselves and to help them grow as people. I strive to provide a warm and supportive environment in order to develop a good therapeutic relationship.
