Unique to client need, I may utilize genograms, family sculpting, narrative therapy, journaling, dreamwork, relaxation techniques, mindfulness and art. I utilize a collaborative approach in working with the client's vision to co-create harmony; shift perceptions, and institute healthy boundaries, improving the full functioning of the family system.
