My holistic, strength-based, collaborative and solution focused counseling approach involves an integral, harmonious, and effective way to gently navigate and generate movement through the terrain of life's challenges, helping you to move through these life transitions using commitment and determination to flow through these life's adjustments with self-compassion, motivation, confidence and humor. I have an understanding of grief and bereavement issues, and how they may play in the adaptive transitional aspects of an individual's life.Group grief counseling for adolescents and adults.Unique understanding of individuals, 50 and older, and couples counseling for all life stages. Unique to client need, I may utilize genograms, family sculpting, narrative therapy, journaling, dreamwork, relaxation techniques, mindfulness and art. I utilize a collaborative approach in working with the client's vision to co-create harmony; shift perceptions, and institute healthy boundaries, improving the full functioning of the family system.
