My heart's desire is to help others.The process of healing and change can be scary and uncomfortable and requires a therapeutic connection that provides a sense of safety, trust, respect and compassion. My commitment to you or your loved one is to instill hope that change is possible and encourage and empower them along the way. I really enjoy working with individuals and families who are suffering or struggling reach their full potential and live a fulfilling, meaningful life. My goal is to provide individualized treatment which is key to healing and lasting change. I utilize a variety of evidence based treatments, interventions, and coping skills and tailor them to fit your needs.I specialize in treatment of eating disorders, body image dissatisfaction, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, parenting and behavior management, and ADHD. I am passionate in helping others build their self esteem & worth. My previous training and experience has allowed me to help clients of all ages (from 3yrs and up). I really enjoy connecting with others. It is a privilege to be a witness to someone's healing and feel honored to be a part of you or your loved ones journey.
