I'm a brief solution-focused based therapist who had most of her training in the Kansas City area. While I have had a varied career in mental health, my interest lies in Brief-Solutions based therapy. I think you should guide the session and make it what you want it to be. My specialities include working with eating disorders to self-harming behaviors to general anxiety in children. I also spent time in a hospice setting, helping caregivers through the grief process. I also work with adults with anxiety and depressive disorders. I specialize in Couples Counseling, and enjoy working with couples through pre-marital counseling.
