In addition to my counseling education and experience, I draw on 15+ years of experience in human behavior, human performance, and organizational behavior from my previous careers in business, marketing and sports. I also bring to my counseling a broad international and multicultural experience having lived/studied/worked in half a dozen countries around the world.When we work together,I think of myself as your "partner in growth" helping you discover your resilience and creating the relationships and the life you want for yourself. Clients have found me most helpful with managing relationship difficulties, overcoming sexual trauma, handling anxiety, getting out of a rut, and engaging in personal growth and self discovery, among other concerns. I promote a safe environment that is supportive, encouraging, and nonjudgmental. We will work together so you can gain awareness of your true beliefs, feelings, attitudes and behaviors and use this insight to create a pattern of success.
