We are all individuals and experience life in a unique way. Because of this, I use a combination of psychological theories to address each of my client's needs. I am committed to treating the whole person using a strengths based approach and the most up to date research. I use a collaborative approach with each of my clients and explore what has worked (and not worked!) for them in the past and what goals we can work to achieve together. My practice specializes in Animal Assisted Psychotherapy. You have the choice to use horses and/or dogs in conjunction with other therapeutic methods. Research shows a strong connection between using animals during therapy and improvement in a client's self-worth, relationships, and personal growth. I am deeply committed to each of my client's wellbeing and work hard to promote an atmosphere of acceptance and respect.
