Sometimes life can become very difficult and you may need support in finding your way through this difficult time. My goal is to provide you with a supportive presence and help you explore and incorporate new ways to help you cope, as well as gain inner strength and peace during this challenging time. I am a very compassionate, non-judgmental person, and I believe first in providing a safe environment where you feel connected and understood. From there, our sessions will enlighten you with new insights, clarity, and coping skills to help you find your own personal, inner peace. I am a certified EMDR therapist and clinical hypno-therapist. I utilize these and other techniques to help my clients heal from traumatic events, grief, loss and other life difficulties. My clients have expressed gaining increased insight as well as the ability to find a new sense of inner peace. I utilize various spiritual and psychological techniques to ease emotional and physical stress and renew your mind. Our sessions together will help bring awareness to limiting beliefs, discover new coping skills, feel lighter, and help you discover a different way to look at the challenges in your life.
