I enjoy working with all client types, but take a particular interest in working together with women to help in the process of building and furthering their individual level of internal strength, confidence and empowerment. Working with family systems, parenting coaching, and partners dealing with divorce or separation is also a passion of mine. I enjoy implementing traditional psychotherapy methods while adding elements of positive psychology, motion integrated techniques, art therapy and mindfulness based stress reduction. I work to help clients see issues through new lenses and coach, motivate and inspire clients to employ positive behavior strategies to find their personal level of happiness in life.
