I work collaboratively with clients to identify their personal goals for therapy and strive to create a supportive environment to foster self-improvement. As a licensed psychologist, I work with clients to address a range of life's challenges, including trauma, relationship conflict, health changes, and role transitions (e.g., changes in career, school or parenthood). I also specialize in working with individuals who are struggling to achieve healthy lifestyle goals, such as weight loss, improved sleep, stress reduction, and pain management.
