Relief from depression/anxiety, release from alcohol and drug addictions/legal involvement or managing behavior and adjustment issues requires change. And change begins with one small step. I approach situations from the "person in environment" perspective. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to maximize your success with making changes. I work collaboratively with each client and this could include support for family members and/or caregivers.
