I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with men, women, children and families for 25 years. I enjoy learning about my client's vision and goals for their life and working to assist them to achieve that result. Techniques I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Treatment. I continue to learn new approaches for treatment and incorporate these into my work. I accept most insurances and bill insurance companies. I offer a sliding fee for those without insurance. I offer a safe place to begin to work toward change.
