Are you a straight male wanting to better understand yourself, your life and your emotions? Are you a gay male over 45 who is in the process of coming out and seek a safe place to talk? If so, I might be able to help you. I enjoy working with gay and straight men who are looking to better understand themselves as well as find out where, and how, they fit in the world. I believe that utilizing therapy as a self-discovery tool can be a helpful and healing process. I also believe that therapy can help you find your voice, find peace within yourself, repair your relationships, and help you change thought or behavioral patterns that don't work for you anymore. I can offer you a supportive and safe environment while helping you connect with your inner-knowledge and wisdom to find hope and healing.
