I will help you work through any issues to become the person you really want and need to be. My practice is a safe and warm therapeutic space where we can build a collaborative, strength based relationship. As a black male born and raised in London England, I find I have a unique understanding of the challenges of being culturally and ethnically diverse within the greater population. Moving from the UK to the US has taught me to understand what it is to deal with transition-changes in your life. This I believe gives me the ability to understand you the individual, no matter what your background maybe- the humanistic approach.
