I have been a therapist for 18 years and my main goal is to provide a safe, trusting, and ethical counseling environment. I counsel both adults and children and also have intensive experience working with couples and families. My level of expertise also involves grief and loss, depression, behavioral issues, anger management, transitioning, relationship issues, ADHD, and trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama and Georgia and a National Certified Counselor. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also have eight years military experience. I accept most insurances including Alabama All Kids and I am listed as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider. My purpose as a counselor is to listen and to work with you to build effective coping and management skills to improve your quality of life. Currently not accepting new clients.
