As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I utilize therapies designed to preserve and improve the quality of relationships while honoring each person. My training includes a variety of evidenced-based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapies, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) an effective form of trauma treatment. In addition to individual and couples counseling, I am very passionate in my work with teenagers which is unique in this field.
