I provide a caring and compassionate environment to navigate life's journey. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor and have been practicing for 7 years. I connect well with families, couples, and individuals. I am sensitive to how difficult it can be to ask for help and I will honor your pace. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I utilize therapies designed to preserve and improve the quality of relationships while honoring each person. My training includes a variety of evidenced-based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapies, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) an effective form of trauma treatment. In addition to individual and couples counseling, I am very passionate in my work with teenagers which is unique in this field.
