As a relationally-focused psychotherapist, I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. By exploring interpersonal patterns both in the therapeutic relationship and in your life outside therapy, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients' individual needs. I focus on developing understanding of oneself and the deep roots of conflicts that continue to resurface in relationships, work, and elsewhere. It is my belief that by exploring how we experience our relationships and conflicts, what our role is in creating those conflicts, and how we are repeating the past, that we can imagine and consider new ways of engaging with ourselves, others, and life circumstances. We begin to understand what is within our control, the limits of our control, and what freedom we can have within those limits. We develop the capacity to create meaning through pain and loss. This allows us to experience increased freedom in our current lives.
