Therapist Details
I help individuals to gain insight, develop skills and utilize their existing strengths to overcome obstacles, change negative patterns, and improve relationships. I am a licensed professional counselor with 15 years experience working with children and adults victimized by trauma and abuse; family and relationship dysfunction; individuals with anxiety and depression, and behavior problems. I utilize play therapy in my work with children and provide parents with support and education. To suit working schedules, my services are available Monday through Thursday after 4pm, and on weekends, as needed. I am happy to speak with you over the phone before you come in so that you can make sure that I am the right therapist for you.
