I have been a therapist and licensed clinical social worker for over 25 years. My experience comes from serving others through my work in private practice, public mental health, private hospitals, and career & retirement counseling. My life's journey has been filled with the same challenges and transitions that face all of us - a journey that has led me to grow as a more thoughtful and compassionate person. I graduated from University of Louisville as a comprehensive health care specialist. Some highlights of my career included working as a member of a multi-disciplinary cardiovascular treatment team, mental healthcare therapist & manager, community organizer, and career development counselor. My career has be a lifelong learning adventure - every day I learn something new about myself and others.
