My areas of experience and expertise (28 years) include couples/marital conflict resolution, working with people caring for elderly parents and/or raising teens, weight management / issues of obesity, stress, anxiety, low self esteem, depression, life transitions such as lay-offs, financial loss, divorce, death of a loved one. I am goal oriented, solution seeking and make the counseling experience meaningful to my clients. Most of my referrals come from satisfied former clients, which re-inforces for me that I'm producing the desired results which brought someone to counseling in the first place.
