I work with couples and individuals to enrich their relationships and resolve conflict, as well as counseling adolescents and adults who experience stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I tailor therapy to the person with whom I am working and her/his specific needs. I work in collaboration with my clients to decide our plans for treatment.
